Rich in culture and diversity, we are home to UAE National students, each with their own unique personalities and talents. Our inclusive school provides a safe and warm educational environment that allows all our students to explore, grow and discover. We offer a caring environment, which ignites and instills curiosity, fosters passion, nurtures loving hearts and promotes team spirit.
At Al Mushrif Charter KG, 12 core principles underpin everything we do. We aim for all of our students to develop these principles as they progress through our curriculum, ensuring that they are well prepared for their future in elementary school and beyond! They fall under three categories:

We derived at these principles in a collaborative manner with input from all school stakeholders, including teachers, senior leaders and parents, and they are embedded in our curriculum.
These principles also make up an important part of our positive behavior management system, where students earn tokens for a weekly draw when they display the focus principles.
At Al Mushrif Charter KG, students learn about the world around them through an inquiry-, project-based curriculum, where they experiment, discover, play and explore.
Students develop independence and research skills by participating in mini lessons and small groups. They also engage with learning centers to meet their individual interests and academic needs.
Each unit of the learning center is designed by the teacher to meet our standards, while at the same time encouraging the student to take responsibility for their own learning.
This ensures all students attain knowledge and progress in engaging and authentic ways, helping them to grow into our future leaders and critical thinkers.
At Al Mushrif Charter KG, we focus on enhancing the national identity and cultural heritage of the UAE.
We offer comprehensive Arabic language lessons that integrate national studies, moral and cultural education.
Through our “My Identity” programs, which are delivered by UAE National teachers, students are encouraged to reflect on their Emirati identity under the slogan “My identity is the way to build my civilization.” These programs focus on cultural standards and morals, folktales and stories, songs and popular games.
Students also compare the UAE past and present to reflect on the achievements of our rulers and Sheikhs. As a result, students patriotism is enhanced, they have a sense of belonging to the UAE, as well as stronger cultural and social skills.
